We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a special rate for our guests at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa where all main events will take place. The specific dates reserved in are:

• Arrival - Thursday 5/1/25

• Departure - Sunday 5/4/25

Discounted room block rates will be available until April 1st, 2025 or until all of the rooms in the block have been reserved. All rooms have a two night minimum stay requirement. We recommend booking your room no later than November 1, 2024.

Any guests that wish to extend their stay OR upgrade their room to one not included in the room block should make the reservation through the booking link and then reach out to Jo Laron via email (jlaron@cheeca.com) with their request. When reaching out please be sure to include the confirmation number and that you are a guest of the DiCicco-Jones Wedding.

If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, the discounted rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the dates blocked for our event.

The deposit required to reserve a room is equal to the first night room rate, resort fee and tax. This will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due at departure.
